Participation Rights
All individuals who comment on the giveaway post by Her Finland (@her_finland) on Instagram and follow both the Her Finland and TAHKOcom IG accounts (@tahkocom) are eligible to participate in the giveaway. Participation is open worldwide. Employees of the organizer are not eligible to participate. The organizer is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent participation.
Prize details
One 3-night Winter Escape Travel Package for 2 people will be awarded. Experience Tahko from two unforgettable perspectives: the lively village and the mountaintop.
Includes 2 nights at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko with breakfast, plus 1 night at Panorama Landscape Hotel with a private suite, Forest Spa access, served breakfast, and a three-course surprise dinner at Havu Kitchen & Bar. The prize is worth 720€ on weekdays or 798€ on the weekend. The prize is available until April 12, 2026 and according to availability.
Participation Period
Entries for the giveaway can be submitted from January 5, 2026, to January 19, 2026, at 11 AM, EEST. Entries submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be selected in a random draw on the Her Finland account on January 19, 2026, at 11 AM. The influencer is responsible for conducting the draw and selecting the winner. The winner will be notified personally by @her_finland account on Instagram. The winner’s details will be shared with Tahko.com to be able to make the travel arrangements.
The organizer and influencer have the right to publish the winner’s name in their chosen communication and marketing channels. The winner will provide their contact information to the organizer personally via email or through the influencer for the prize delivery.
If a winner does not respond to the organizer or influencer within two (2) days of the first contact, a new winner will be drawn. The same procedure defined in these rules applies to the new winner as to the original winner. The winner is not obligated to accept the prize. The prize cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
Registration Information
The name and contact information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of selecting the giveaway winner, notifying them about the giveaway details, offering customer service and delivering the prize.
Organizer’s Responsibility
If needed, the organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prizes mentioned in these rules. The prize winner is responsible for any other costs related to receiving or using the prize or participating in the campaign. The prize winner releases the organizer from all liability and expenses arising from or alleged to arise from participation in this campaign or the receipt of the prize. The prize winner also releases the organizer from all liability related to the later use of the prize or any defects therein, as well as any liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this campaign or the receipt or use of the prize. However, this release does not diminish the rights of consumers under consumer protection law. The organizer’s liability to participants does not exceed the value or amount of the prize mentioned in these rules. The organizer is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical reasons or that have incomplete identifiers or contact information. The organizer has the right to cancel the giveaway due to force majeure or a similar event.
Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or similar media. Participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from all liability and claims related to the giveaway. Participants provide their information solely to the campaign organizer, not to Instagram, Facebook, or similar media.
Other Conditions
By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to comply with these rules and any decisions the organizer may make regarding their interpretation. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. Participants agree to comply with the terms of use of the participation channel (Instagram). The organizer may disqualify any participant at its discretion. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or non-compliant entries without compensation to the participant. The organizer has the right to disqualify participants suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
If promotional materials related to the campaign contain typographical or other errors, the organizer, promotional partners, or their partners are not responsible for the consequences of such errors.
